Terms & Conditions – Masajid Network & MSTR

By downloading, accessing, or using Masajid Network and MSTR (Masajid Salah Timetable Repository), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

1. About the Platform

Masajid Network is a non-profit digital platform created to help users:

  • Find nearby masajid
  • View correct jamaat and salah timings
  • Access masjid information

MSTR is a supporting app used by masjid authorities to manage and publish jamaat timings.

The platform is created only for community service, not for commercial purposes.

2. Eligibility to Use

  • You must be 13 years or older to use this app
  • General users may browse masjid information freely
  • MSTR access is limited to authorized masjid representatives only

3. User Responsibilities

By using the app, you agree to:

  • Use the platform only for lawful and respectful purposes
  • Not misuse, harm, or disrupt the app or its services
  • Not upload false, misleading, or harmful information
  • Respect masjid customs, values, and community guidelines

Masjid authorities using MSTR are responsible for ensuring that the timings and information they provide are accurate.

4. Masjid Data & Accuracy

  • Masjid and jamaat information is provided by masjid representatives
  • Masajid Network does not guarantee absolute accuracy of timings
  • Users are advised to confirm locally when necessary, especially during Ramadan or special occasions

The platform acts as an information-sharing service, not a religious authority.

5. Login & Account Access

  • Login is done only using mobile number
  • Users are responsible for keeping their login access secure
  • Any activity performed using your login is considered your responsibility

Masajid Network is not responsible for misuse caused by sharing login access with others.

6. Notifications

  • Notifications are sent only for masjid-related information
  • Includes jamaat timing changes and important masjid announcements
  • No promotional or marketing messages are sent

7. Non-Monetization

Masajid Network is completely non-profit.

  • ❌ No advertisements
  • ❌ No paid features
  • ❌ No donations requested
  • ❌ No data selling

There is no money involved in using Masajid Network or MSTR.

8. Intellectual Property

  • The app design, structure, and system belong to Masajid Network
  • Masjid names, locations, and timings remain the property of the respective masajid
  • Users may not copy, modify, or misuse the platform for commercial purposes

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Masajid Network is not responsible for missed jamaats due to incorrect or delayed information
  • Not liable for technical issues, downtime, or network problems
  • Does not take responsibility for decisions made based on app information

Use of the app is at your own discretion.

10. Suspension or Restriction

We reserve the right to:

  • Restrict or suspend access if misuse is detected
  • Remove incorrect or harmful masjid data
  • Take action to protect the community and platform integrity

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when required. Any changes will be published within the app or official platform.

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

14. Credit & Intention

Masajid Network does not claim personal or organizational credit.

All respect, prayers, and good efforts belong to Allah alone. This platform exists only to serve masajid and the Muslim community, for the sake of Allah.
